Vehicle Donation

Step 1

1. Initial Inquiry

   • Contact Kidz Community Konnection via email at info@kidzkabexpress.com or call 240-801-5439 to express your interest in donating a vehicle.

   • Provide basic details about the vehicle (make, model, year, condition, and mileage).

Step 2

1. Eligibility Check

   • Ensure the vehicle meets the program’s requirements (e.g., vans or vehicles suitable for transporting children).

   • Confirm that the vehicle has a clean title and is in working condition.

Step  3

1. Schedule Vehicle Inspection

   • We will Arrange a time for a representative to inspect the vehicle to ensure it meets operational needs.

   • If the vehicle is not in the local area, photos and videos may be requested.

Step 4

1. Prepare Required Documents

   • Gather the following documents to ensure a smooth donation process:

     • Vehicle Title: A clear and signed title is required to transfer ownership.

     • Bill of Sale (if applicable): To document the donation transaction.

     • Proof of Insurance: If the vehicle is currently insured.

     • Identification: A copy of a valid government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport).

     • Lien Release: If there was a loan on the vehicle, provide a lien release from the lender.

     • Odometer Disclosure Statement: Required in some states to record the vehicle’s mileage at the time of transfer.

Step 5

1. Sign the Title and Transfer Ownership

   • Sign the title over to Kidz Community Konnection. Ensure all fields are completed accurately to avoid delays.

   • If required, complete any state-specific vehicle donation forms.

Step 6

1. Vehicle Pickup or Drop-Off

   • Coordinate with Kidz Community Konnection for vehicle pickup or drop-off. If needed, towing can be arranged.
